Karen Walker
Karen
has been employed with Design Travel for over 10 years
total, and has over 20 years of travel expertise. After
graduating from the American Airlines Travel Academy in
1980, her passion has taken her in helping honeymooners
start their new lives together with that “Perfect”
destination.
Arranging family and friends vacations can sometimes be
challenging, however, in the end very rewarding as she
listens to everyone’s likes and dislikes. The Mayan
Riviera has become a favorite to Karen as there are so
many new and beautiful Resorts in the area, plus the
beaches are awesome. Karen tries to visit twice a year
staying at new resorts and visiting others, taking
pictures along the way to share with clients. This is
extremely helpful when it comes to fulfilling their
dreams. She also loves the Caribbean and Europe with
their wonderful culture, history and architectural
design but still navigates to Mexico. Karen welcomes
everyone to the world of travel. It can be very
therapeutic.
A great saying to remember: Boundaries divide…..Travel
unites. Sunny Regards to all.

Thanks for the card and all
of your help. Cosmos was great! It was so relaxing to
get away for 16 days. I made several new friends from
around the world and got invited to India, Pennsylvania
and New York! Europe was in fall and is beautiful. The
leaves had just turned and the temperature was great.
Our guide was from Amsterdam and spoke seven languages!
She was great! Where shall I go next?
